Delivery was fast to say I ordered ober the holidays between Christmas and New year. All items was packed very well and came in a lovely little box. Everyone of them looks amazing. Picture's don't do them justice. Can't wait to buy more and add them to my bracelet and keychain which was the free gift I picked

Each charm has incredible detail. Lovely free charm, I got a horseshoe, and the fact that you always get a free bracelet is great. I live in the U.K. and it took 7 days for my order to arrived which is super fast.
